We will review the truth and feelings of staying at this hotel.
1. Checked in at 5 pm. When we got to the room, instead of getting a good rest, we found that the air conditioner was not cool. We had to call the technician to check it. The technician informed us that the air conditioner had a problem. We could not stay in the room, so we had to come downstairs to walk instead of getting a rest.
2. We booked a superior room, but found that in the middle of the room, there was a small, thin door. It was like a family room was divided for us to stay, which made the sound go through. We could hear everything we talked about. There was no privacy, and the hotel also let the other room for customers to stay in, which was so loud that we could not sleep. We had to check out at around 10 pm because we really could not sleep. We could not ask to move rooms, so we had to wander around to find a new place to stay. We did not get a room until 1 am because it was New Year's and most of the rooms were full.
3. The room was very dirty. We had to go back to the balcony to wash our feet all the time. The pillowcases, sheets, and towels were very old and not clean at all. We feel like the hotel doesn't care about cleanliness at all.
If the hotel reads this, we want the hotel to improve its service and take better care of its customers. As a customer, we go on vacation and want to receive good service and a good room. But we have to face this, which makes us think that booking a hotel with Teveloka will result in a hotel that is not as advertised like this again. We probably won't trust either the hotel or the Teveloka app anymore because we are not sure if we will encounter this kind of situation again.
