The staff is helpful, friendly, and efficient. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but the soundproofing is poor. It was a Saturday night when there was illegal motorcycle racing. The noise was very disturbing. But the hotel itself is still the best 👍👍

For the price, so far, so good. The plus is that the hotel has a smart TV, so you can watch Netflix without getting bored. It's also close to the mall if you want to grab a bite to eat.

Hotel Amaris Kalimalang never fails to amaze us, this was the second time we stayed both for leisure and business.
The staff are friendly and helpful, from the security that greeted us from the first entrance to the receptionist as well as the server.
The room is clean, and the bed size is pretty spacious.
The first choice for traveler who has business or leisure in Bekasi.

My first time staying at Amaris Kalimalang. The service was excellent, from parking assisted by security, to checking in even in the middle of the night, and getting a room upgrade. The breakfast was delicious, but perhaps the restaurant should be changed, not being connected to the hotel lobby. Thank you, Amaris Kalimalang.
