The room was nice, the AC was cold, but the blanket was small enough for one person. The bathroom tiles and the tiles around the bed looked dirty, as if they hadn't been cleaned. Room G05

The plus side is that there's an elevator and hot water, and the room is quite clean. The sheets and towels are clean. It's rare for a hotel at this price to offer these amenities. Unfortunately, the toilet flush didn't seem to function properly, as it couldn't suck the waste down. It could only flush the toilet, but the suction power wasn't strong enough, making it difficult to get the waste in. I flushed the toilet several times with the bucket provided, but it still didn't work. Furthermore, the toilet door wouldn't lock; the hinge was broken and could only be closed. I stayed in Room 303 on the third floor. I've informed the customer service and receptionist, and they suggested that the facility be repaired. Hopefully, the guest house will follow up. My advice: if you're planning to stay here, it's a good idea to check the functionality of all the facilities. That way, if anything goes wrong, you can report it immediately and request a different room, if possible.

The water is smooth enough to change into a shower in a critical moment, it's cheap and fits your budget, and the service is friendly.

The parking is spacious, the prices are affordable, the staff are okay, there is a lift too, basically it's the best.

My experience of staying 1 night here... The atmosphere is comfortable, not noisy, the bathroom is clean, the wifi is smooth, the AC is really cold... It is located in the city center, so it's not far if you want to eat... I will stay here again if I come to Balikpapan again.

The faucet doesn't have regular water, it's really hot, you can't take a shower, the toilet is broken, you can't flush it, the button for the waste disposal is broken, if you have to flush it, the shower spray is broken
