Everything is good, except that when the toilet is used, water pools on the floor as if it doesn't drain so the floor doesn't dry. Then there is water that pools.

For the male guards, please smile a little and be friendly, please help if there is a motorbike that wants to get out, don't just stare, because it is difficult to get the motorbike out if there is a motorbike behind it with locked handlebars.

I stayed 1 day with my wife and 2 teenage children, booked 2 different rooms. for the price paid, the service received was very satisfying, strategic location, the room is quite spacious and clean, as well as the bathroom, very clean, the shower location is separate from the toilet. hot water is available, towels and soap/shampoo are available. The AC is cold, the staff are friendly and responsive. all digital TV channels are active. parking is available and guarded. highly recommend this place and will visit again in May this year.

The room is really clean, it's really comfortable.

The room occupied did not seem to be cleaned. The only good thing about the hotel is that it is a new building. The rest is according to the price. The hotel applies a minimum price per night, so when I checked in I had to add IDR 9,000 to cover their minimum price. What was reviewed regarding stains on the bed cover and so on is true. Will I come back here again? Not yet.

The boss's brand jacket was left in the room on the first day, it was said to be in the closet but it was said to be missing. After I asked to check the new CCTV, the person named Mami, a female cleaner, admitted it.

Jaket merk bos tertinggal di hari pertama sebelum pindah kamar dihari kedua hotel tertinggal ditanya kebagian front desk tidak ada setaah di cek cctv hari kedua baru di bilng ada oleh mami panggilan bersih-bersih cewe dihotel. Aga kecewa karena saya udah bilng di dalam lemari. Spray ada bulu-bulu alus hitam juga di bagian spray banyak bercak.

Harganya tidak sesuai dengan aplikasi., pas cekin di mintak tambah 20 ribu lagi, seharusnya harga di aplikasi di rubah bukan malah sampai hotel baru di mintak tambah lagi uang nya. Yang ke dua seprei kurang bersih masak ada noda di kamar yang bersi dan handuk di kasih cuman 1 yang ke tiga belom waktunya cek out malah listrik lantai 4 jam 9 lewat udah mati sendiri yang ke empat karyawan yang perempuan kurang ramah pelayanan nya dari segi komunikasi ke tamu., kalau bisa diperbaiki lagi pelayanan nya untuk ke depannya biar tamu nya tidak kecewa
