View: This accommodation is like a miniature resort, peaceful, with beautiful views, spacious rooms, okay for relaxing and enjoying the scenery during the day, but at night it's pitch black and you can't see anything, a bit scary. In the evening, mosquitoes and other insects attracted to the light swarm the balcony, so it's not relaxing at night.
Location: When booking on the app, it seemed near popular tourist spots, but that's not actually true. The closest is Cat Cat Village, but it's still over a kilometer away on foot, and the road is very difficult to navigate. Every time I want to go out, booking a car is a nightmare; it's time-consuming and expensive, and sometimes drivers refuse because the road is terrible. And at night, the bad road has no streetlights, so I don't dare go out and come back.
Biggest drawback: THE ROAD NEAR THE RESORT IS TERRIBLY BAD!!!! The road from the school to the resort is extremely bad; even high-clearance vehicles are scared to drive on it. When I complained to the reception, they said it was due to heavy rain and hadn't been repaired yet. (Video and pictures included). So, only book this place if you want to stay exclusively here in Sapa for a relaxing vacation. If you book here and want to go to the town center for sightseeing, forget it.
The rooms don't have refrigerators or TVs, and there are a few mosquitoes at night, so just don't open the door. The beds are comfortable and clean, and there's free bottled water and bananas.
The room service, staff, reception, and kitchen staff are all very lovely, enthusiastic, and friendly.
A super nice touch is the neighbor's cat, which is super friendly and cute.
The food is decent, 8/10. The chef cooks well and serves hot food. However, I ordered stir-fried pork with lemongrass and chili, but it turned out to be pork stir-fried with bell peppers and lemongrass, which was a bit strange. So remember to ask them exactly how you want your dish prepared when ordering.
