There are still cockroaches in the bathroom, please improve the cleanliness.

All the facilities are good, good Wi-Fi, parking is outside but safe.

Can be cleaned more from small animals

The AC is not cold, the TV won't turn on, the bathroom is not very clean.

The room is spacious, nice, the AC is cool, there is hot water. The only thing I don't like is the deposit system.

There are many snacks near the inn, also next to Citimall. If you need anything, just go to the side of the hotel.

I can't sleep because a mouse passed through my room.

Just stopped by for a break because I had some work in Merak, everything was normal, it was just a bit creepy at night because the faucet suddenly turned on and the phone kept ringing in the early hours of the morning. I don't know if someone was messing around or something. I just ignored it because I was tired. Not bad.

The hotel staff is friendly, it's just a shame that when I stayed in the middle of the night the TV went off and not long after the AC went off. So I had to bother moving rooms, the location is very strategic, it's just not very clean, for comfort it's quite good with an affordable price.

Sorry in advance, my experience of staying here, I couldn't sleep because there were lots of noisy mice, the bathroom door was also broken.
