Very good.. The staff is responsive, friendly, the view is awesome.. The room is big, the balcony faces the sea, makes you feel calm.. The bathroom is very clean, more than two towels are provided, without us asking for extra, it's really cool.

Addicted to staying here, an underrated hotel that is absolutely worth it.

The cabinets were dusty and the bathroom had a disturbing odor.

Everything was good, but the breakfast food refills took a long time and had to be requested. There weren't enough seats.

Breakfast options were limited, and the food tasted mediocre. The hotel rooms weren't fully cleaned, with glasses not being replaced or washed.

This is the second time I have stayed here because it is close to the project site and I will definitely stay here again if I return to the same project.

This was my second time staying at Artotel Casa Cikarang. The room is very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. They provide delicious and varied breakfast. I enjoyed seeing the sunrise from my window. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I had to be in the area.

The location is near to restaurants and mall. The room was spacious and the bed was large and comfortable. However, the soundproofing was poor. There were some stains on the blanket and sheets. Plenty of shelves for storage, and the wardrobe was fairly spacious. Complimentary tea and coffee was provided in the room, but there was no electric kettle. The breakfast was good, though the variety was quite limited. There wasn't even any cereal available.

Several times I stayed here, the door access card was in error, couldn't open the room so I had to call a technician.

The hotel staff was friendly, and there was a wait for check-in (perhaps due to it being a public holiday and the weekend), but they were promptly and kindly assisted. The room was also very comfortable, thank you for providing a pleasant stay. ☺️

This is my first time staying at this hotel. Parking is very limited, and when it's full, I have to park on the street in front of the hotel. I had to wait almost half an hour to check in, even though I arrived at 3 PM, but the room wasn't ready yet. Aeon Mall is very close, only 5 minutes away, and there are plenty of food stalls around the hotel, so there's no need to worry. The room is very spacious, but the soundproofing is a bit lacking. Overall, I'm quite satisfied, with just a few things that need to be improved. Thank you.

Got room 105, when I took a shower I was shocked the water flooded all the way to the toilet. Luckily I brought my husband so I plugged in a little of the used water and it went down. It turned out there was a lot of hair from before because it was my first time taking a shower there. Check the shower drain again. Thanks, everything else is okay 🙏

The price is quite affordable but the quality is good, and the location is close to the toll road and close to the culinary center. The downside is that parking is a bit limited, but there are alternatives outside the hotel on the roadside. The food is not very varied, with the same food every day, which can get boring for long stays.
