So great, got a free ticket to see the Kiss of the Sea show and fireworks worth 1.4 million. Khem beach is beautiful and calm, 3 year old can swim freely. The place for children to play is clean, spacious and diverse.

Gd I have a great vacation, polite and cheerful staff, always smiling everywhere, comfortable and quiet space. Especially, the long-brushed swimming pool gives us the pleasure of swimming everywhere, the private beach with white sand with clear blue water ... I will return when coming to Phu Quoc

The toilet floor is dirty and the kitchen table stains yellow (not clean). In particular, until 6 pm, but still did not clean the room, calling, the receptionist said that the area was too large, so it was not my turn yet. I really do not understand that if it is too wide, it is impossible to open the door to welcome guests? The answer further shows the lack of training of the resort. I don't feel like the 5 * that the resort announced. Attached, I reflected like that but didn't apologize but just said it would be your turn to ... speechless !!!

Stable near the cable car but slightly far from the center

Plus point is the beautiful beach, white sand, blue water and clear. Delicious breakfast buffet and many dishes. Enthusiastic and friendly staff. The swimming pool is suitable for children. The minus point is a small room, 1m6 bed, so if a small family has a little big, it will be a bit cramped. In addition, the hotel architecture is quite concrete and not close to nature. From the resort to the residential area is a long way, so it is a bit difficult if you want to experience local life. There is no airport shuttle.

If I come back to Phu Quoc, I definitely choose Premier Residences! 👌 - Staff are warm, polite, fully supportive, take care of guests from the lobby to the garden. - Campus, swimming pool, beach, spacious and beautiful. - Decor restaurant is elegant, delicious, eye-catching meal. - Everyone likes my 3 generations. During 9 nights in Phu Quoc from North Island to South Island, the whole family enjoyed this place the most. In addition, near the station, An Thoi port combined with an island tour or cable car if the family has children, saving travel and health a lot compared to the North and the Center.

I traveled solo from 06/11 to 08/11 of 2020, I booked a standard room but the staff (Mr. Nghĩa and Ms. Hà) decided to upgrade my room up to the superior suite with a balcony on the highest floor with spectacular view which is totally wonderful (room B712). Shout out to Mr. Nghĩa and Ms. Hà. Good: + Pretty and clean room + The architecture is well-designed + The morning breakfast buffet has a wide range of variety and delicious, especially drinks from coffee to juice. They are so fresh and there is no feeling it is instant coffee or canned juice + The staff are friendly. Everyone from security, receptionist, lifeguard said hello to me whenever I passed them + The pool is extremely large. They have many sections, from the children section with water games to the adult section with deep-level water for everyone to enjoy their type of swimming + The beach is speechless. This was my first time that I experienced white sand and the seawater was green like emerald. Lifeguards are also friendly. They cleaned the beach very often so that the beach always stayed clean and safe Not so good: - The position of the hotel is quite far from the center town of the island - They do not include transportation service to the airport into my reservation, so I had to pay additionally to go to the airport - The night sea food buffet on Saturday (I paid additionally also) did not have many choices and the crab was out quickly. I wish they would have more seafood dishes like the morning breakfast buffet To sum up, I would recommend anyone to come to this hotel to enjoy their vacation in Phu Quoc island. A great experience while comparing to their reasonable prices. My score: 9.5/10

The resort staff is very enthusiastic, loving, and gentle, taking me from one area to another, not letting guests go alone or find their own way. Always greeted by you every time you meet. Breakfast buffet is quite good, delicious cakes, rich food. Clean, bright room. The beach of the resort is beautiful. In the morning, watching dawn, in the afternoon taking check-in photos are beautiful. However, some times the sea will have leaves, but it does not matter, the sea water is still very clean. In addition to the restaurant in the resort, you can also go to the center of An Thoi town, many delicious and easy-to-eat restaurants. From the resort to the center should book a taxi in advance, VND 500k round trip. Avoid going odd, put over grab. Super expensive. Especially recommended mn to come here.

I had a great honeymoon here. The hotel is very attentive, the staff are welcoming. The hotel location is super nice, the landscape is impeccable. Facilities are very good, breakfast is very plentiful. I will come back to this hotel next time I come to Phu Quoc.

The third time I visit here because the price is quite cheap compared to marriot but still have fun in khem beach bay and the quality of service is almost equal to marriot 2 times ago, but this time, there is one downside: defense. Students have a strong smell of sewer in the morning, the rest is ok, diverse restaurants and change dishes every day, staff are enthusiastic, the swimming pool is taken care of regularly changing water, no smell of the sewer. wonderful
