It was quite comfortable staying here overnight, just like previous reviews. The staff was friendly, and the place was clean. The only downside was that we couldn't stay long because we had to return. Suggestion: Please clean the curtains in the room. They seem to have not been changed or washed in a while, so there's no musty smell. So far, everything else is fine. 👍🏼👍🏼

We have prepared mineral water & Dispenser in every corridor, we have also prepared a Pitcher with a capacity of 1 liter of water in the room so that you don't have to go back and forth to get mineral water. 1. they said booking through traveloka sometimes can't assure guest may get queen bed. 2. they said there were no hot shower in my room and offer more expensive room, I insist to stay in my room and found out there was hot shower. 3. I tried to ask 2 spoons, they said they can't lend spoon to the guest. 4. broken television. 5. ac insufficiently cool. 6. house keeping staff bad attitude, laughing loudly in the alley. 7. security expects you to pay car parking.

There are many young couples, there are also many young women with their fathers, who do not look like they are their partners, many come for a while and then leave again, and there are young couples around high school students, the access card is also very bad to the point that you have to go back and forth to the front office 4 times because it can't be used, the toilet is dirty and slippery, the water in the spit tank smells, it's a shame that a hotel that should be good is managed by bad management.
