The hot water wasn't working, the room was far from the hotel lobby, because it was under construction so it was a bit noisy and dusty on the way to the room... hopefully the next room will be better

Surprisingly for this reddoorz is good, the building is a bit hidden not visible from the outside, quiet maybe because many people do not know because it is not visible. The room is spacious, very neat, different from reddoorz in general. Neat, clean room, bathroom is also very clean, provided with soap and towels. Netflix can't but can youtube. There is a water heater. Close to rice fields.

Stayed here because I was taking care of my children who were starting college at UMY. The rooms are clean & the facilities (AC, TV, Water Heater) are all OK. The staff from the receptionist to the OB are all friendly. The surrounding environment is also nice & calm. Don't worry about looking for food because there are lots of places to eat on either side of the hotel. If you want to rent a motorbike, just look for information at the reception, because there is also a motorbike pick-up and drop-off service from the motorbike rental to the hotel, so we don't need to be tired anymore. Next time you want to bring your children to Jogja, you will definitely stay here again. ❤.

Rooms and toilets are clean. The boarding house is in a small alley. Close to daytrans pool settings. The boarding house keeper is friendly and very helpful in providing information even though you have to check in at 1 in the morning.

For parents who want to take their children to college at UMY, the place is highly recommended. Apart from being close to the boarding houses, it's also easy for children to find food, there are lots of cafes and Warmindos around the accommodation. The view of the rice fields is also very beautiful to look at around the accommodation.

The location is safe and comfortable with a beautiful rice field environment and near the campus location.

Buat yang sering nginap di hotel ini pasti kaget. Parkiran luas, baik motor dan mobil. Akomodasi murah banget sih dengan budget 200k, kamar luas dan bersih. Nyaman so pasti, dekat dari apa yang kita mau. Makan, nongkrong, jalan-jalan, shopping semua di dekat, terutama pelayanan baik dan ramah menambah rasa nyaman.

Places to eat around a lot and cheap. Bottled drinks and tissue boxes are available in the room. Soap and shampoo are available on the bathroom wall. Hot and cold water runs fast. Smooth wifi. Recommended hotels 👍.

Originally this hotel is not recommended, yes, there is only access to the stairs to the top floor, there is no explanation of being penalized if there are more than 2 guests. Forced to open 1 more room but can't with the same price.
