Noisy AC, hard to sleep. Hot shower is not turned on and the water is not flowing smoothly. Service is reluctant.

Didn't get any food, the price was not according to Travea, I added 80 thousand. Breakfast added 30 thousand.

Pihak hotel tidak mau terimah kami. Kata nya pembayaran dari traveloka lambat. Sedangkan kami udha tranfer. Jadi kami batal menginap. Saya mau refund uang kami.
