Although the room was small, it was clean, making for a comfortable sleep. The staff was also responsive and friendly. 👍

I just stayed for two days and found the hotel to be clean, both the bathroom and the towels. The hotel's location is also very strategic, close to Tunjungan Plaza and the culinary center.

My first time with my family to Surabaya, I looked for a hotel that could accommodate four adults in one room. It was super clean and the room was spacious. And what's even better is that we were able to borrow an iron. 🥳 Even though it was just a transit stop, it was a memorable one 🤍

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, with wooden floors, a soft mattress, 4 pillows, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, and good hot water. The bathroom is spacious and the elevator is a +++ rating. There's no kettle, cups, coffee, or tea in the room, and the mirror is only in the bathroom. The malls are very close.

Subciti hotels are very cheap and comfortable.
