The facilities at this place are more than adequate with affordable prices per night and I personally prefer the comfortable atmosphere of the location.

Quite good, and clean. Friendly staff, friendly prices.

If it's just for transit, so far so good. The bedroom and bathroom were a bit less clean, the Smart TV didn't work, but the Wi-Fi was quite fast, when checking in we met staff who were not very responsive. Overall it's quite good.

The price is quite affordable, the service is not good, at night when we rest, it's noisy with children and adults screaming. The room is small and not very clean, but the toilet is quite clean and big.

The dirty sheets had lots of white spots because the sheets were brown so the spots were very clear. The bathroom door couldn't be closed. There are cockroaches. The service is not very friendly, the receptionist is really rude.

The hotel staff were very friendly.

In the toilet there was still tissue left. The toilet flush doesn't work. I want to poop, there's no water. #309.

The location is inside a complex so you can't get in and out after 10am.

Air hangat showernya lumayan. Cukup nyaman untuk numpang tidur dikala banjir pulang kerumah.

Suasana sangat tenang tidak berisik kendaraan, worth it buat istirahat hanya untuk transit. Overall good 👍

Anak kecil dan bapak ibunya berisik sekali, lari-lari an di lorong hotel sampai lewat jam 12 malam, saya teriakin malah makin di sengaja teriak-teriak nya. Masa ga ada yang Negor, kayanya dia orang kos di situ deh.

Waktu masuk di kasih kamar toiletnya rusak dan ada kotorannya. Dipindahkan ke sebelah ada kecoanya.

Pertama datang yang melayani seperti preman kampung, bicara jutek dan tidak sopan. Etika yang tidak bagus. Sehingga pengunjung merasa takut dan pasti tidak akan mau lagi nginep, kamar dan toilet perlu di bersihkan dan selalu di perhatikan demi kenyamanan pengunjung yang beranggapan di aplikasi.

Shocked the hotel was in a complex so access in and out was hampered.

Bad service, the guy on duty wasn't friendly, was rude, smoked, shouted at the customer, when he said he asked for help changing the bathroom mat because the mat was sticky & dirty, he was super rude & said use it and then he'll be delivered by shouting. Even though it's cheap, you should still pay attention to service, at least be polite to customers. At other Reedorz, even though it's cheap, the service isn't as bad as this. This room is already not good because the mat is dirty, the shower lever is broken, the toilet is dirty, the cupboard door is broken, the pillow sheets are yellow, plus the receptionist is dirty. Not recommended at all.
