Hotel near the city center, the room was a bit dirty, there were small cockroaches, the service was good, it was cleaned quickly

Overall good for that price. Stayed 2 days ago, the sheets need to be changed, it seems there are many stains, the cleanliness of the hotel is dusty, the water was turned off.

First and last experience, requesting a non-smoking room, which was given a room with a very thick smell of cigarette smoke, entering the bathroom was the same. Couldn't sleep because of the suffocation from the smell of cigarette smoke 🥲, the blanket was damp 😓😓. But thanks for the experience 🙏🙏

The room is spacious and the AC is cold. I stayed for 6 days on a business trip. The hotel staff are friendly. Highly recommended.

I stayed here for about a week because I was on a business trip and it was really worth it because it was very close to tourist attractions and the hotel was safe and comfortable.

Okay, facilities, cleanliness and comfort need to be improved, hopefully it will be better 👍.

The location is not too far from Losari Beach, so it can be said to be quite strategic. The room is standard, but spacious. The bathroom is also spacious. The AC is cold, there is a TV. Towels are also provided although in my opinion the size is a bit small. Drinking water is also provided, as well as soap. There is a sink in the bathroom, but it leaks. The same goes for the shower which cannot be hung in the position it should be. Maybe this is only in the room I got. The parking lot is at the back of the hotel, the parking lot is quite spacious. There is also an elevator. The downside is that the lobby smells of cigarettes and the pillows need to be replaced with fuller ones. Overall, it can be considered if you need a budget hotel in an area that is not too far from Losari Beach.

The room is incomplete, no toothbrush, only 1 towel and it is very small, the bedsheet is torn and has old blood stains. Bad service, often called, at 10:30 reminded that the check out deadline is 12, the second time called again at 11:00 reminded again check out time, the third time called again at 11:30 for check out time. It's really annoying, I'm old and have to be reminded many times, even if I've been reminded once and it's past check out time. I paid 3 times, no problem. The problem is you disturbed my sleep time. Your service is really bad.

The bathroom glass needs to be replaced because it is broken.

Stay here for 8 days, for my Business trip. Hotel location is very good. Middle town, near to Losari beach, near to business district also. East to find Food. Especially Konro and Grill Ribs. Room is spacious, AC is running well and cool, cleanness can be Provide more better. Clean towel and clean bed sheet as by request everyday. Nice hotel to stay for Business trip and need comfort place for overnight sleep only.

For the whole comfortable, clean and quiet place. The only thing is that it is difficult to use a vehicle and if you want to eat you have to gofood because it is difficult to find food around the hotel

For a hotel with that price, it's okay. I stayed for 2 nights in 2 rooms. Extra bed added 80 thousand/night. The hotel is quite clean. The deluxe room is spacious. The AC is cold. The staff is friendly, helped me carry my stuff to the room because at that time I brought a lot of stuff + 3 kids. Only the towels seem to need to be replaced, the amenities provided are only small bars of soap. It's okay, if you come here, bring your own toiletries, it's better.

Pretty good for a hotel like RedDoorz.
