The place is comfortable, clean, convenient at “that price” and very safe because it closes at 22:00, it feels very safe.

The staffs are bad behave. Never ever again visit this place

It's a bit difficult to find the location, because there is no signboard.

There was no one guarding the closed door. We didn't check in at the hotel but had already paid via the application.

Alhamdulilah sesuai expentasi resepsionisnya juga ramah, kamarnya bersih dan wangi, seprei kasur dan bantal juga wangi kaya baru di laundry. Kamarnya terang tv dan ac berfungsi dengan baik. Ada sabun shampo dan dapat air mineral juga, Parkiran nya alhmdulilah aman. Kalo mau sarapan gak usah khawatir ada rumah makan padang yang murah meriah enakeun lah pokonya best.

I am sorry to give this bad review but I hope the hotel can be better. When I first arrived I see the bathroom has no shower, I ask the manager he said I can use the water bucket instead. This made me uncomfortable and decide to chat with online agent support, not long after my chat with online agent team the manager came to our room and fix the shower in the bathroom. Online agent team give us option to cancel our stay there without getting any cancellation fee, but I guess we are too tired to move and really need to take a bath, other reason is maybe because I didn't have the heart to do so and afraid if the manager might get some trouble from it. Long story short I have to go out from hotel to do some family matters and got back midnight, me and my husband so tired and desperate for a sleep, unfortunately the hotel gate are closed and locked, the manager did not say anything about curfew or info about gate will be closed at curtain time we are trying to call as if anyone can help us to unlock the gate but we cannot find any. We also try to call the number displayed in front of the hotel but no one is picking up. I reach out to online agent support again for this matter and waited in the car for almost 2 hours until the manager come to unlock the gate. Very bad experience with the hotel and pretty sure wont be coming back to stay there.

Be careful of fraud, the mattress is single, the explanation and picture of the mattress at least looks like a queen, sharia but I was fooled.

The floors are dirty because they are not re-swept before guests check-in. The water is also small, if you need peace, don't come here, because it's a bit noisy because it's on the side of the road.

Gimana ya bilangnya, mau cerita deh. Jadi temen gua kan dateng dari jauh main kesini, otomatis harus nginep dan nginepnya di tempat ini soalnya deket ke rumah. Gua pulang pergi dari rumah nemenin dia di sana biar ada temen, ga nginep gua tuh ngga, iya sih orang mikirnya bakal ke hal negatif oh itu cewe cowo berduaan di kamar, pasti lah pikirannya kemana-mana, nah ini penjaganya baik sebenernya negur biar ga kemaleman gua pulangnya, ga enak diliat, dia bilang soalnya kita syariah, takut kena teguran oke gua nerima wong emang udah peraturan di sana jadi gua balik. Besoknya hari terakhir temen gua nginep, kan dia mau pulang niatnya check out jam 10, gua dateng pagi nganterin sarapan bubur jam 7 setengah 8an lah, gua ijin ke si bapak, pa ini mau makan gua bilang gitu, kata bapanya iya yaudah. Gua sama temen gua beres makan nonton film, rebahan gua di lantai biar kalo si penjaganya mau mantau ya silahkan orang gua ga ngapa-ngapainin. Fyi pintunya tuh gua tutup ga gua kunci, ya maksud gua tuh ngapain gua lagi tiduran rebahan dibukain pintu kan entar orang lain liat malu gua makin-makin deh orang mikirnya gua ga bener. Eh lagi enak rebahan si penjaganya sama ibu-ibu disitu nyindir, tadinya bilangnya mau sarapan sambil bawa bubur, tapi lama ga keluar-keluar, sama gua kedengeran tuh omongannya ga ngenakin banget disitu langsung gua buka hordennya biar jelas keliatan. Gua rebahan juga kan nungguin dia biar sekalian pulang, cuma 2 jaman lagi check out yaudah gua tungguin, untungnya temen gua ga ngerti bahasa sunda kan, kalo dia denger gua ga enak. Darisitu langsung gua suruh dia beberes biar otw balik, ga betah anjir. Maksud gua tuh gini, kalo emang bapaknya curiga ketok aja, mau langsung dibuka juga yowes, tapi jangan nyindir-nyindir kaya bocah. Saya juga minta maaf ke pihak penginapannya udah ngerepotin, dan makasih udah ngizinin buat keluar masuk tempatnya. Tapi jangan nyindir ya pa, saya kalo disindir suka emosi.
