The hotel needs to add more food variety, the place is already quite spacious, it just needs a layout and food variety that is not inferior to a 4-star hotel. Most of the visitors are not only looking for comfortable sleep but also delicious or unique/unusual food.

The staff at the swimming pool were very very unfriendly and the bathroom in room 313 had a clogged drain, the soap ran out and was not refilled and there was no telephone number for the front desk etc.

The hotel's location is quite strategic, comfortable and far from noise, only the condition of the towels is very uncomfortable to use, the towels are rough / not soft.

Staying here is very comfortable, the service is very good and friendly, the receptionist is very helpful. Fast check in, the room is also clean and fragrant, the bed is comfortable and soft. Breakfast is also delicious, the view is beautiful 😍 Definitely recommended if you staycation here. Special thanks to Janitra and Egisela 🫶🏻

fast check in and check out service. also when there is a need, it is responded well. there is a room with 2 kingsize beds that is suitable for families.

I can't count how many times I've stayed here, it's comfortable, safe, strategic.

It was my fault that the date I booked was different, and it was the next day, there was no solution from the hotel, I had asked for help regarding a letter from the hotel's approval to be attached to Traveloka so that I could get a refund, but that was it, I was disappointed for the last time staying there even though I had already subscribed 😔
