I was arguing with my boyfriend, suddenly the guard came to me, at first it was safe, then not long after I was still arguing. The second time the guard brought a crowd (coincidentally there was a police officer staying there) my boyfriend was also a police officer by the way. to my room while carrying wood, throwing me out, what did he mean? While saying "get out, get out of here!!!" I was thrown out that night, please for the owner, just fire the husband and wife. I paid, not staying unless I damaged the room facilities, okay. This doesn't exist. Can I check.

The room is clean, the bed is also clean, the AC is really cold, the location is really close to Renon Field, I stayed here because I wanted to watch Picafest, the room is like an elite boarding house, it's okay for a really affordable price

The location is good, but the room is stuffy, the toilet smells, and there are centipedes. I'm fed up, parking is difficult, because other tenants are fighting over it. It's a waste.

the hotel staff is friendly, the room is clean and fragrant, all the facilities are still functioning well, the downside is that the shower water is sometimes very small (maybe when the other rooms have the water on too) but after that it goes back to normal + there is no soap or shampoo: v, the location is close to the city center, the atmosphere is quiet, very comfortable for people who don't like noise, I think it's worth the rental price 👍🏻👍🏻

Cleanliness of room table & bathroom equipment,

All the rooms I've slept in, the bathroom sink faucet is definitely broken. There are also some that the shower head hanger is not right, the jet spray makes noise. Hot & cold water flow is fine. The AC works well. It's just that the sheets are time to be changed and the duvet/blanket is too small because the bed is Twin but set up as King, and the manager does not provide a king duvet. Some rooms also have damp walls and are not nice to look at. Often sleep here because it's close for jogging during Car Free Day.

Very disappointing. Lack of cleanliness and very unfriendly staff. Water is always off and hot water is sometimes on and sometimes off, no TV channels. I stayed for 3 days 2 nights with my family. My experience was very disappointing staying at Tantular Residence. I hope it will be better in the future
