I like the swimming pool, it's clean, outdoor, there are tables and chairs for viewing from above, there's a massage fountain and a glass aquarium adding to the luxurious feel.

I'd booked with a specific room request, and not the cheapest, but I was given a room that wasn't suitable. It had no windows, couldn't access the internet using two providers, and the hotel internet was incredibly slow.

Breakfast shouldn't be too expensive to give cash/extra money to the kids, pay attention to the brownies, they are no longer fit to eat... rancid and cause stomach aches
