It was a cheap hotel, but it was horrible, the lights were dim, the bedroom was dirty, the AC was dead, some of the bedroom lights were dead, the bedroom window was broken, covered with plywood, the bathroom was very dirty, I happen to be indigo, the atmosphere was really that horrible.

Sorry for Reddoors, please improve the comfort. The room I got was dirty and not suitable to be occupied. Dirty & smelly pillows, small & stuffy room, noisy & not cold AC, broken elevator (I got it on the 4th floor), scribbled walls, windows only covered with cloth (not curtains), mattress that hurts when you sleep. Thank you🙏🏼

The worst hotel in Manado. Dirty, broken toilet, not worth renting. The room has lots of bed bugs, broken elevator. Sad, I checked in for only 5 minutes and checked out again because I brought my child.

Decent for stay. Super affordable price, but keep the expectations as low as possible.

The AC is not cold. The bathroom is not clean, there is a lot of hair. And the shower has to be stored in a bucket. There is no TV broadcast. The elevator is not working, you have to manually climb the stairs 5 floors. 😴🥲 I hope there will be improvements and repairs. And the app always monitors the condition of the hotel to be suitable for use. 1 month 3 times inspection.

Further improved in-room service

The hotel staff is not very friendly in serving customers, there is not enough roleplay, the toilet is dirty, there are lots of graffiti on the walls, there is a lot of dust, the mattress is full of blood-sucking fleas, the lighting is not bright enough, and many more.

It's like sleeping in a forest or under a bridge. The room is stuffy, the lights are all dim, the toilet is problematic, the AC is not cold, when it is installed it sounds like someone is welding iron. The room is on the 4th floor and the elevator cannot be used. I checked in at 23.30 because I couldn't stand the heat and discomfort because there was a baby too, I checked in at 2.30

The curtains are off, the pillows smell so bad they make you nauseous, the blankets and sheets have holes like they've been smoked, the toilets are dirty😓

The hotel atmosphere needs to be renovated. Lighting is lacking.

Sorry in advance the hotel is very ugly, it does not match the existing photos. Please renovate the hotel or close it, or if possible just replace the photos according to the current conditions.

The pillows smell musty, the bathroom door is broken and removed. The mattress has iron out. The blanket has holes from cigarettes. Only 2 dim lights are on, when checking in the toilet there are traces of urine that were not flushed and there are tissues used by previous guests. The AC is not very cold. The ceiling of the room is full of marker writing! The TV remote has no batteries

The room sheets looked dirty, there were small insects on the sheets, the only water in the toilet was the shower, there was no soap, no trash can, no mat, no towels.

The price is economical and the distance. And the security is still guaranteed.
