Pengalaman terburuk yang pernah saya dapat. Waktu saya booking kamar di aplikasi oyo hotel 92402 dan oyo kerja sama dengan city view hotel dan ketika saya masuk ke resepsionis dia mengatakan bahwa dia sudah tidak kerja sama lagi dengan oyo. Dan saya melakukan refund dan sampai sekarang uang itu tdak kembali. Akhirnya saya harus bayar lagi ketika pesan kamar. Pengalaman terburuk saya selama ini. Kalau memang tdak kerja sama tdak perlu dipasang lagi ditraveloka. Kecewa dan buruk.

Staff nya ga ramah. Check in tidak sesuai waktu yang di temukan. Ada pembayaran lain selain deposit. Fasilitas kotor.

1•Pelayanan nya kurang memuaskan. 2•Waktu Check-in tidak sesuai dengan jam di Aplikasi, sampai kita di suruh nunggu 1 jam lebih. 3•Kerja karyawan nya lama. 4•resepsionis nya tidak Ramah.
