Stayed there on short notice, but the staff was kind. The room cleanliness can be improved. AC is working, sadly the outdoor's unit was on the balcony towards guests' corridor, makes all the establishment very hot.

The AC was not cold, the door was broken, the room was dirty!! I really regret staying here!!

The location is very strategic, it's also fast to get anywhere.

The hotel is not well maintained and not managed; the owner should see his/her hotel and fix broken things. AC broken (warm), some lighting lamp off broken, the breakfast variety and taste below, the services technician sound not welcome for enquiry for solving issue, toilet amenities considered not good. I was stay with family and during peak season and the hotel is the only available during the day. The next day we move to other better hotel.

The room is old one not as describe in photo at Traveloka. The bathroom door cannot close and dirty. The shower is broken.

I don't recommend the superior room type. It's not cleaned properly, and itchy and dirty. The bathroom also smells bad.

The hotel water was murky, tending to be black and dirty. The inn stated breakfast was from 7:00 to 9:30, but when I arrived at 8:00, the menu was empty, and no refills were offered. Sorry, I'm just telling you the truth. Thank you.

To pay more attention to cleanliness, water, and room needs. Hopefully next time I can stay there again.

The bathroom is really neglected. Stayed here during a long weekend and all the hotels were full. I left quickly at 8.

The room is dirty, the furniture is broken. The breakfast is mediocre. It's quite expensive for that price with mediocre conditions.
