I was staying on the 3rd floor where the pool is. Kids running around the hallway and screaming is very annoying. Another suggestion: perhaps a motorbike parking area at the basement level?

The staff service was very good, unfortunately the breakfast was too bad, aka very lacking, there was even no fruit, no toppings. Traditional cakes like layer cakes were also hard, dry, almost stale, as if they were made yesterday and stored in the refrigerator. The boiled corn also looked like it had been reheated for a long time. The only delicious food was the french fries that were just fried and the regal mousse pudding, which both ordered in the room.

I was very satisfied with my stay here. The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom was also spotless, and the amenities were complete. A hairdryer was also provided. The in-room Wi-Fi was fast. The breakfast options were varied, but my favorite was the variety of banana dishes. The fried bananas were top-notch 😄.
The service from all the hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. A huge plus was the hotel's secure luggage storage facility. A 10-day trip between Kupang, Rote, and Soe would have been very difficult without this facility. Thank you, Harper Hotel!

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. However, the coordination between the reception staff was lacking. Upon check-in, I had given a note to the staff member requesting a proof of stay so I wouldn't have to wait for check-out, but it wasn't done. Overall, everything was fine.
