It's a shame it's not well maintained even though it should be a premium hotel.

Entering a location like an old factory building that is poorly maintained. The room is okay, for the price of around 250 thousand, there are leaks on the ceiling. At night, going out of the room is like a test of courage, a bit scary. Want to buy food, it seems the restaurant is closed.

Advantages: Friendly staff. Beautiful view. Disadvantages: Damaged road access. Rooms are not well maintained, walls are cracked and have lots of spots. Booked a room with a king size bed but got a queen size bed. The bathroom is dirty, especially the toilet is very dirty 😞. The soap ran out so there was only the bottle. The AC and TV should be replaced with new ones. Wifi and water heater do not work. Pillows, bolsters, blankets and sheets smell musty 😞. Only 1 towel is given if you add it, you will be charged. The swimming pool water is green even though you chose this hotel with the intention of swimming. For the price of 180/night it should be better because there are other places with this price but it's worth it

The AC is not cold enough. The water heater is not functioning. The TV is just a room display.

For a very spacious hotel, it's just a bit unkempt, which is a shame.

Tidak sesuai yang ekspektasi, tempatnya seperti tidak terawat walau sebenarnya banyak pekerja, tempat jadi satu antara reddorz, resto & pabrik bakpia. Jadi terasa kurang nyaman, restonya termasuk mahal untuk cita rasa makanan yang dibawah standar, mohon ditingkatkan lagi untuk kebersihan tempat.

When you first enter you can only see a sign for the Daon stall, the gate can be opened and closed to get in and out. The road is a bit scary at night, you have to enter the damaged road access location slowly but close to the main road. The spacious rooms are clean and the service is also friendly. Thank you so much.

Friendly personnel, we were allowed in the room earlier. Communication throug app went very well. Good value for money!
