No elevator, limited food menu. Not worth it with the room price. Slippery stairs.

Booked 3 rooms, 2 rooms water heater did not work, as a result our toddler took a cold shower after swimming in the cold, the bathroom was dirty, the sheets & pillowcases used by previous customers were not replaced because there was very smelly colored drool, complained to the front office immediately replaced with the excuse of negligence of the morning shift officer. It was already 10 pm. I'm fed up, will never return to this hotel again.

Staying for the 2nd time at Asyana Sentul this time had a disgusting experience, at 10 pm wanted to go to bed found colored drool on the pillow that was so smelly that I wanted to vomit which means the sheets & pillowcases used by previous customers were probably not replaced. confirmed to the front office then all the sheets were replaced. besides the water heater did not work, the bathroom was dirty. immediately decided never to return to this hotel again. if management needs proof there is a video recording.

Stayed for the 2nd time, booked a superior double room at 323. Still the same as the previous visit, all the best for a staycation in Asyana Sentul and most importantly, there is no traffic jam during the long weekend.

Overall it's ok. There is a dispenser in every hallway (hot and cold water available) But it's not suitable for the elderly because there is no elevator, all access up and down is using stairs.

Stayed during a long weekend, the atmosphere was crowded with guests staying but the receptionist, security guards & other officers remained friendly. The location is in a residential area so it is suitable for a staycation just to enjoy the hotel area and swimming pool which is quite large, clean and there is a mini waterpark for children.

First time trying to stay here and it turns out I really like the hotel. The room is quite spacious and clean. The room facilities are really good, the bathroom is clean complete with toiletries, there is a smart TV so you can Netflix, there is also a mini refrigerator. There is a children's and adult swimming pool, the children's pool has games. The garden area is quite clean and beautiful, there is also a swing. The breakfast menu is quite complete, there are heavy foods such as rice, porridge, and soto. In addition, bread, salad, juice and sweet porridge. The taste is quite good. Sometime I will definitely come back here again for a staycation, trying another room type. Oh yeah, the hotel doesn't have an elevator, so if you bring elderly people, it's better to choose a lower floor.

The hotel environment is comfortable because it is spacious, there is a garden, a swimming pool where children can play. Close to the road and local residents can easily find snacks. Separate motorcycle and car parking. Cold AC, standard rooms are not too spacious and small too. The breakfast menu has improved, there is an addition of a different menu the first time. Rooms can be requested and according to the request. Minus There are no towels in the room

for comfortable mattress, ordinary food, not much menu. reasonable for the price. only in the room we occupied there were many ants. clean. maybe the room is old. for 4 pax but only 2 pax toothbrush towel. for tv use transvision. can watch axn too, only if betflix must have its own account. there is a trampoline big enough, there is also a swing. no need to worry about how to eat because it is located in the village. so in front of the hotel there are many foods. in front of the hotel there are meatballs. the broth is delicious the meatballs are also delicious. I ordered a double double room but not the balcony, the position is on the 1st floor next to the reception and restaurant

It was a pleasure to stay here, the price was affordable and happy, the swimming pool was large even though the chlorine was very strong, but unfortunately when checking out my ID card was lost and I couldn't find it for about half an hour before I found it, to be honest I panicked at that point, but the problem was solved.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the hotel is clean and suitable for bringing children because the swimming pool is clean 😍

overall staying here is comfortable, friendly staff, just checked in and already got a free welcome drink, the room is okay, got the 2nd floor, happened to book a superior twin bed, even though there was a problem with the AC leaking, the staff responded quickly and immediately fixed it that night. breakfast is okay, tastes good, just lacks variety. easy to reach and in the hotel area there are many vendors so you don't have to be afraid of being hungry at night. For the bathroom in Building 7, please clean it regularly, because the smell doesn't go away even though it has been sprayed with perfume many times.. for the sheets, my child is also itchy, the color of the pillowcase is also dull. The best is only in the pool area and the breakfast is quite good

The pool is nice, the breakfast is cheap. But it's hard if you bring your parents because of the stairs.
