This room type is not highly recommended. I initially booked the wrong room, and when I arrived, yep, what a surprise the bunk bed was, haha. The slightest movement was very disturbing, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. The soft mattress made me sore. Well, it's cheap, as I said at the beginning, but I did book the wrong room. Just a suggestion, it's better to replace the bunk bed with a regular bed, it's much nicer and more comfortable.

It's a shame I couldn't stay overnight due to the volcanic ash from Anak Krakatau. Next time.

A great quality family hotel with a price that won't drain your pocket, it's really cool, I was really satisfied staying here with my wife and kids, the service is very friendly.

The breakfast didn't taste as good as it did the first time I visited Asyana. Hopefully, it'll be better in the future... but it's worth the price.

The hotel was too noisy and not soundproof. I requested a sign on the mirror, but there wasn't one. I'd already confirmed and asked if there was a charger, but they said no. And when I got to the room, the sign was gone.

Recommended kid-friendly hotel. There's a children's pool with slides and a tipping bucket, a soccer field, and a mini playground. I'll be back often :) Very comfortable!

The place is comfortable, cool, with plenty of entertainment facilities for children, and separate adult and children's pools. I've been here several times.

It was a very comfortable stay at Asyana, everything was great. The price was cheap, but the service wasn't cheap.

Happy to staycation here. Friendly staff service. Delicious food. Open area is quite large. Play area & swimming pool facilities too 👍🤩. Just a suggestion for room cleanliness to be a bit more (prepared) so it's even better 🌟😁👍. Other than that, always happy with @AsayanaHotel.
