From outside the room there was an unpleasant smell (it turned out to be a ditch underneath), inside the room there was the smell of old furniture (the smell of an old house). With a price of 380 thousand per night, this is truly a tragedy that should not be repeated. Hopefully the money can be used to buy new towels, new sheets and new mats. The ones I used were already black, they could no longer be washed, let alone used. The mattress was also tilted to the bottom of the body so it hurt. Plus points are fast wifi, clean toilet, cold AC, clean room floor, working TV, working water heater. It's a shame that our vacation from Garut, Tasik, Sumedang was tarnished because of this. It's better to walk a little to Bandung city, there are many cheap hotels but they are still suitable for use. From the start, the rate was the problem in this hotel which should be budget friendly but the rate is not pocket friendly. The fair price is 200 thousand per night with all its pluses and minuses

Access is not 24 hours. It's hard like in prison to have dinner or go out at night, the gate is locked. And it's hard to call.

The room is comfortable and complete, the staff is kind and helpful. The towels and equipment are good and clean. Always stay here when going to Jatinangor.

Comfortable for me who often travels for work

The location on the main roadside is easy to reach. Friendly service. Minimal facilities, there is a place for liquid soap and shampoo but the contents are empty, the information to the receptionist said that it was not provided by RedDoorz (if not provided, there should be no need for a container). The white towels are no longer white. The AC is cold but the sound becomes noisy after a while. The room is clean and quite comfortable.

The room is clean. Just a bit smelly. The room facilities should be improved or replaced like the bed I used was dirty and the soap dispenser didn't work.

The staff is good, friendly, the environment is cool, comfortable, so my husband and I subscribe when there is work in Nangor

The hot water not functioning, however they get the electeician asap even though still not working until we left the hotel. At least they gave prompt response.

Holiday edition while taking the kids to college. The rooms are good for the standard price. Hot water runs smoothly. The place is also comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The downside is that parking for cars inside is a bit narrow and the towels look like they need to be replaced.

The shower is hot and sometimes the other rooms are cold. gaada toothbrush with alsn not sent yet. Please improve the facilities. the rest is ok gaada mslah

The location was in county center. The room was spacious. The amenities need to be renewed: towel was very old and dull, blanket was the same (old and dull). Bathroom: look dull it is about the time for periodic maintenance as some plumbing system leak and shower is less power. Having decent/basic toiletery would boost room rating. Bathroom ceiling old and dull and need some renovarion/painting. However the 3 Staff are very friendly, helpful but nothing that they can do without mngt/owner supports.

It's great, but sometimes the water in some rooms likes to heat itself.

The soap ran out and wasn't filled, the AC was leaking, the ladle broke, the toilet flush was stuck.

Worth it and the roomkeeper is friendly and accommodating.

Untuk kamar lumayan bersih, cuma AC nya aja yang kurang nampol kalau kata orang Betawi, sepertinya perlu diservis. Cuma ada 1 yang kurang pas di hati, karena waktu nginap bawa orang tua jadi pas booking saya kasih catatan minta kamar di lantai bawah, tapi tetap dikasih yang di atas dengan alasan gak ada pemberitahuan, padahal di booking jelas-jelas sudah dikasih catatan minta kamar di bawah. Mungkin bisa di perhatikan lagi ya. Terima kasih.
