The shower only produces a small amount of water. The pool is not hot enough. But you get private space. You get a big, soft bed.

It was fun. The hotel is close to tourist attractions, the view is stunning, the staff is super friendly, and they have 24/7 service. I got lost in the middle of the night, and they were always there to help me find my way.

The hotel staff is friendly, the swimming pool is clean, the shower room has warm water, the whole family is happy to be on holiday.

The hotel view is quite beautiful, the CI and CO process is easy, the staff are kind, very helpful, all our requests are fulfilled, the room when we first arrived was a bit smelly and musty, it was cleaned again, we can choose a room with the view we want, and we are allowed to check out late because it is also available. the warm water swimming pool is free until the evening can still be used, it feels like a private pool because we happened to be the only guests, unfortunately the floor is a bit mossy. for the food needs to be improved from the cooking, the fried chicken is a bit hard and the sausage is very dry... for the area around the hotel needs attention because in some corners of the parking lot there are many items such as used toilets, unused bathtubs piled up so it is less aesthetic, which should be able to be a photo spot but can not be used.

The hotel is clean even though it actually looks like an old hotel that has been renovated..but okay...there is a clean, comfortable warm pool, the staff is also very friendly..the view is very beautiful because it faces Mount Slamet. The only thing that needs to be improved is the breakfast..in my opinion the food is less varied, the rice tends to be dry and dry..breakfast at 8 o'clock the food is already a little left..but thank you Hotel Guci Kencana...

Location is ok. Food is ok. Only the toilet smells because of the rain so the kitchen staff took a long time to come.

The hotel staff is friendly and the high location of the hotel provides a great view. The bed has sunk, the wifi does not work, the AC and TV cannot be turned on.

The bathroom is broken, the TV is still old, you can't watch Netflix, it's not worth it.

When I first arrived I was shocked because the hotel was not really ready to be used, it was still under renovation and there was no prior information, the mattress sank in the middle, it really didn't match the price. I was very disappointed
