Room OK, enthusiastic staff

Nice room, central location near intersection, convenient to go everywhere

friendly staff, central location but a bit quiet around. room has netflix and 2-layer curtains, feels like watching movies in the cinema. breakfast doesn't have many dishes but the quality is okay, beef stew but the food is chicken... however the quality is ok, white sausage is delicious but the grill is a bit burnt 😣 bacon is dry 🥓, tiring to chew, not good!!! overall 7.5/10

The staff work in shifts so sometimes they are friendly sometimes they are not, it is a 4 star hotel but they charge extra for water, the small towels and pillowcases got stained because my husband and I dyed our hair but they still charged us even though it was only a few tens of thousands, my husband is a pilot and said it was the first time he saw a 4 star hotel with such service, the Dak Lak branch manager needs to retrain the counter staff. Oh and this is what my husband and I were surprised about. It was: when we asked the staff to change the mattress sheets while my husband and I were there, they were busy doing it but after returning to the room, the old mattress sheets were still there and had not been replaced, after calling to request a replacement, the staff changed them. Omg I was going to talk to the manager privately instead of giving a 1 star review on here. But we have left Vietnam. The vacation was not interesting at all. Thanks!

Lots of features and very smart system. Worth a try. Laundry service is a bit expensive

Clean room, convenient location

The new hotel is clean and beautiful, but the rooms are too small and stuffy.

the hotel is new, modern but the smell of new things is very unpleasant. Suitable for short-term business trips, not suitable for vacation trips or homes with children.
