What do you expect from a budget apartment? Batam is a small island, so unless a traffic happened, this place is near to every iconic places in this island. Less than half hour. You can see the sea view from this room, quite mesmerize. The facilities are good, the electronic stove, air conditioner, refrigerator, iron, dry hair. And a smart TV that easily connect your vidio/disney/prime/appletv/netflix/hbo account. Great. The shower is great. The water heater is great. This building is lack of maintenance. Dust everywhere. Car park is terrible especially for family car. Not friendly at all. And you must pay for the them. The pool are great. The gym has equipments that varies.
