They were very helpful in accommodation pre arranged very late access to hotel and room after hours. Excellent breakfast buffet. Very clean.

This was our second stay at the hotel. As expected, it was very comfortable. The staff are friendly. We didn't face any issue. Location is great. Close to public transport. Iso Christina Mall is at walkable distance. Very close to Lake Saima.

Lovely stay at this property. Helpful service from the reception team. Rooms are very comfortable and had all the linen etc you could ask for. VERY short walk to the marina area. If you’re a traveller with mobility concerns, consider how you would walk around town as it is at the bottom of a hill.

Viihtyisä hotelli ja hyvin siistit huoneet. Aamiainen todella maukas ja virkistävän erilainen verrattuna ketjuhotelleihin. Hotellin sijainti on loistava.

Kolmannen kerran tässä hotellissa, koska edellisillä kerroilla oli mukavaa. Hyvä aamiainen, pääsi saunaan ja sähköauton type2-latausmahdollisuus. Toisella puolen katua spa Saimaan vesistönäkymä.

Very professional staff! Great breakfast and, best of all, the sauna and spa. In the middle of central Lappeenranta, close to all shops and places to see. So, we had a great stay!
