The pictures on Expedia are misleading. Our room was tiny, barely fit two double beds. The door to the room touched the foot of the bed when open. The PORTABLE a/c unit was very loud. The furniture was mismatched and in poor condition. The paint on the bathroom door was peeling. The bottom of the tub was extremely worn and had been painted to attempt to cover the worn area. The hotel doors are locked and you need to be buzzed in. No security on site from what I could tell. Front desk area is a makeshift desk (table). There was a person from the nightclub next door passed out in the lobby when we arrived. We left the next day and found an amazing hotel down the street.

Smooth checkin, and they offered to store my bag prior to my checkin. Easy access to convenience store across the street and several restaurants minutes nearby. No issues.

The property manager was incredibly helpful and did a lot to help make our stay work. We have beautiful views and the hotel is right in the center of all the action. Perfect for a weekend if you are going out!

The location of this hotel is near by everything but it's in a hot spot where drug addicts and homeless rome the streets .Extremely unsafe . If I would of known this I wouldn't have stayed there. The noise at nite from the police and ambulance is exhausting.

I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding my stay at your hotel from June 10 to June 12, which was extremely disappointing due to several serious issues. Upon arrival around 6:00 p.m., we were given an entry code for Room 406, only to find it already occupied with someone else’s luggage inside. This raised major security concerns. When we returned to reception, the manager casually reassigned us to Room 403, without an apology or explanation. We had booked a family room, but Room 403 was clearly smaller and not what we paid for. No mention was made of the downgrade or the price difference. When we asked for a “Do Not Disturb” sign later, the manager responded, “Don’t worry, I won’t rob you,” which was completely unprofessional. The next day, another staff member said we were still registered in Room 406, adding to the confusion. When we asked for a refund or to be moved to the room we booked, we were told to check out if we wanted a refund. After agreeing, the manager then said it must go through the booking platform. Room 406 was still not cleaned after a full day. When we asked for the manager’s name at checkout, the receptionist refused. Due to the downgrade, poor treatment, unprofessional behavior, and confusion, we respectfully request a refund. I can provide booking confirmation or further details to assist.

Pour le prix, le séjour était correct. Il y avait beaucoup de bruit dehors la nuit, mais ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel. Je le recommande pour une ou deux nuits, pour des escapades occasionnelles.

overall a good stay and fit the needs i was looking for! room is small and with a portable air conditioner which did the job but didn’t really keep it cold. one weird thing is there is no inside lock on the room! no deadbolt or anything so if you’re comfortable with that, i’d recommend this stay

Accessibility is good

The place is very spacious and nice (just like the photos they posted), the location is also amazing, around 10-15 min walk from China town and other spaces. I also found parking under the art museum near by for great price!

The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Location was perfect – close to everything I needed. I’d stay here again and recommend it to others!

The hotel itself was a nice stay, exactly what you’d expect for the price. Beware of location, lots of sketchy characters around! There’s quite a few homeless and druggies nearby as it’s the entertainment district. There’s also quite a bit of noise, you can hear cars and people partying at night.

Friendly staff, clean establishment, very convenient location

We booked a family room with what the photo had looked like we were supposed to be getting a lot of space. What we ended up with was a simple 2 bedroom which isnt what we paid for. The shower had been damaged from the previous renter where the shower latch had to be tied in the up postition. It wasnt a super big deal. The place was close to our event , clean though my comfortor had various colour stains that looked like paint or hair dye. Again not a big deal. Staff were very friendly, was easy to access the room. Just that we paid for a family and got booked into a two bedroom smaller room. Had a fridge so it wasnt a big deal. If you are on a budget, and need a clean space it is as advertised. Would i stay again? Possibility. If i got what i paid for. Not looking for a refund or anything as it functioned as needed. We needed a clean place to sleep and we got that.

Its good you give ear pluggs. The area is noisy all night. That room is datk. The bath is hard to take... to close. Room clean.staff courtois* lots of towels.
