Very nice staff, clean room, near the train station and close to the shopping malls and dining restaurants.

We had a great stay here. Really handy for the train station. Staff were SO friendly and helpful. Our room was a little dated, but the bathroom was new and modern. The room was so clear. Would stay again :)

Nice hotel in the center of the city

We only spent one short night before dropping our rental car and taking the train from Basel. The evening check in lady and the family who own it are very kind and helpful. Good breakfast, comfortable bed. Only negative to us is that the carpet Really needs to be replaced.

I had the bad luck to book a room during bank holiday in Germany so I could not check in during the day - nobody in reception and the main door was looked. Should spend my day around until 7pm- in rainy weather.

The hotel is very conveniently located for restaurants (and I would recommend the Indian 50 metres away!) This is useful as the hotel has no dining facilities other then a nice breakfast room The staff were very friendly and helpful. My only reservation is that my room, although clean and tidy was a little tired, I think the hotel could do with a bit of a facelift

There was nobody to check me in. They kept emailing and calling me to arrange for the room keys to be placed in a deposit box outside the hotel, that I had to retrieve. NOT an ideal solution. There was nobody in the hotel to help with anything (other than the other guests). Then next morning somebody did show up

I enjoyed my stay here. The staff were really nice & my room was great, good size and comfortable. It's a quick and easy walk to/from the train station and the travel card you get makes it easy take trips around the Black Forest area. Would definitely like to come back to Lörrach and would stay here again.

1st class for value. So good we stayed again on our return journey and will definitely use again. Friendly staff who all speak great English. Highly recommended.

Room nice , clean and specious, slightly dated but we didn't pay fortune either. Staffs very friendly, local area is lot cheaper than basel. Breakfast was superb ! Lots of variety, for my whole journey, I was craving for English breakfast , they have much more than just English breakfast.

Waren 1 Woche dort es wurden die Zimmer jeden Tag gereinigt, Frühstück Büfett war ausreichend und frisch, Personal war bis auf 2 sehr freundlich, die 2 halt nur freundlich, Zugang zur Garage beleuchtung schlecht , aber alles in allen waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Il centro di trova a due passi, c’è un parcheggio (a pagamento) di fianco che collega comodamente all’albergo.

Hotel sehr gut erreichbar direkt am Marktplatz. Einkaufen und Restaurants alles in unmittelbarer Nähe.
