Pros: the hotel is located near Chateau Frontenac; the staff were all amazing, and friendly; breakfast buffet is decently priced; property is clean. Cons: no parking so you have to park somewhere else (although there is parking nearby); we reserved a Queen sized bed, and got a double size.

Should tell clients that the control the room temperature. Mine wa excessively hot. Couldn’t sleep right.

Great location in old Quebec. Close to many restaurants and shops. Clean and well maintained rooms with all the necessary amenities. Would highly recommend staying here.

Me and my friend booked two nights. Had to cancel one night cuz we both got really bad bug bites from the bedsheet on the first night. Loud AC noise - had to put on earphone and turned on noise cancellation for the whole night. No front desk service after 10pm, called the urgent number but there was no reply at all. Great Location, but we will not come back to this hotel again.

My partner and I absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! This was our second trip to Quebec City, and we will absolutely be staying at this hotel the next time we visit. The room was clean and spacious (with an amazing view of the Chateau), the staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel is conveniently located in Old Quebec with a parking lot within a 5-minute walking distance. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this city! 100/10

We very much enjoyed our stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect! Loved our room with a great view! Would stay here again for our next stay to Vieux Québec.

Great location. A bit noisy for our liking as the room was near the entrance and we could hear people exiting and entering. Shower took a fair bit of effort to stop dripping when done showering.
