The check-in process is a major hassle. They contact you last minute with instructions. We had to wait on the street for information on how to park and enter the building, what room we booked, etc. They were slow to prepare the room, and when we got access to the room it hadn't been cleaned yet. I understand that this was not a hotel, but if you're going to charge the same rate as a hotel, then step up your game. Oh, and parking is an additional $25 on top of the $500 for one night. I'll just book a hotel next time.

The check in process was quite easy, and well explained. The location was convenient to the Ex and Liberty Village and was very easy to get around. The two bedroom unit was veey clean and welcoming. It is starting to show some wear and tear in the bathroom, but did rhe job for the night and the price was right. Would book again.

Stayed for 2 night on the 7th floor. Nice balcony. Communication with the folks you book with are quite nice and quick! Well for my experience that is. I needed the smoke detected battery changed as it was beeping every 60 seconds. A 2 minute fix but took over a day or more to get fixed. They need more maintenqnce people consisering they manage a lot of rooms and or building's. Hallways had water damage and holes in the ceiling, the phootos and what you get seemed accurate as well which was good. Location wasnt horrible either.

Studio needs rennovation, shower head leaking, walls need to be painted, found rusty kitchen ware, I don't think bed sheets were recently washed and checking in procedure was very annoying. Pros: nice area, close to the train, had all the supplies and amenities,

I booked this place for one night while I was in Toronto for the Taylor Swift concert. On the day before check in, I received many texts and emails asking for payment. I paid in full through Expedia the day I booked it last August. While I tried to get in touch with someone from this property, it was useless. The person I spoke to kept saying they hadn’t received payment, saying I couldn’t check in because I hadn’t paid. I started realizing this place is shady and not a reputable establishment. I panicked and booked a near by Hilton because I needed somewhere to stay that night. It was very stressful and I never ended up getting my money back or getting in touch with anyone to rectify the situation. Don’t stay here.

In all our travels we have never experienced anything anywhere near this bad. We did not get the Deluxe apartment with dining area that we booked. The place was dirty and in bad condition. The entrance closet was unusable and had garbage in it. The bedroom closet was completly full of junk and had only 2 hangars in it. The bedroom matress was caved in the middle and had only one sheet. We were not provided with the included parking as stated. We were asked instead to find a public parkade with hourly or daily rates. After many hours of negotiating and missing our reservations we were provided temp parking only to be asked again to vacate the spot the next day. We missed our dinner NYE reso because of this, trapped at the suite negotiating for parking again. We were eventually told we could stay till the following morning, but would need to move again at 10am on Jan 1st. When we were not provided with an alternative parking again we packed our bags and left a day early. Also, don't be fooled by the pool and sauna pics. We were denied access to these facilities and told they were not for short term stays. Our trip was ruined, having to fight for hours each day for what we paid for and missing appointments, reservations and time with friends while being trapped inside a dirty junior suite, worried our car would be towed if we did not leave the parkade as instructed. Disaster on every level from start to finish. Avoid at all costs.

The suite was very clean and tidy and I would happily stay there again. There were a couple of broken items (kettle didn't work, and a bathroom cupboard was broken and hanging off the wall unsafely) which we reported and were not fixed during our stay which was inconvenient. The check in procedure was not well communicated on the Expedia listing (it said the desk would welcome me... they did not!) I received an anonymous text requesting a deposit which I thought was spam. When I arrived on site the check in desk said I should have received instructions so I phoned around to confirm it was not spam and paid the security deposit, then checkin instructions were given. This was very scary for me as a woman, being by myself downtown checking in in the evening at one building and being told over the phone I should send money and THEN they would tell me where my apartment was. Felt very, very dodgy. This should have been communicated in writing in the Expedia listing. Because the building was very nice and the room is nice I have given a good review. But I recommend better communication in the Expedia description.

This is my worst experience, they said free parking but you have to pay like 50$ a day for it. everything was a total mess hair everywhere not clean at all.They ask me for a 300$ deposit fees and they didn’t give it back at the end of the trip, I’ve clean everything before I leave. I wasn’t able to reach and speak to anyone.

Terrible experience, absolutely no help from “host” they actually sent me to the wrong building , after having to call the number to contact property no one answered , had to keep calling 20 times. Expedia post states just see staff at desk, the staff at the desk have nothing to do with this property. After figuring they sent me to the wrong building, I had to walk 2kms to he correct one only to be hung up on 3 more times. No information about check in even though they claim they send emails which I only received 5 hrs later. No wifi information, no check in information, a buzz in code to the correct building, no parking information was provided. When buzz the intercom to enter the building I had to do 6 attempt as the intercom kept getting a voicemail. DO Not waste your time with this property. Once inside the towels that were in the unit were still wet, but rolled up, the plates were dirty and wet in the cupboard. Windows only were cleaned as high as someone could reach. And to show how much this host cares the bathroom hand towels were in a pile under the sink. And the kicker was here was only 1 roll of toilet paper in the whole unit. Was in town for an event ( taylorswift) but for $700, any reasonable person would not want to waste an extra 2 hrs trying to check in and dealing with the complete unprofessionalism as this host. Go to a hotel , and to be honest Expedia’s should do better as the information they posted was completely incorrect. Go to hotels directly .

J'ai réservé un appartement via hôtel.com avec un service de réception, c'était d'ailleurs indiqué comme tel. A mon arrivée, surprise, il y a des gens à la réception mais il faut entrer avec des codes. Ils finissent par nous ouvrir, ils nous disent que nous avons reçu des codes pour accéder à la chambre. Je n'ai rien. Ils ne peuvent m'aider, j'appelle hôtel.com. Cela ne répond pas, ils me rappellent. Au bout du fil, j'imagine que c'est une indienne, je ne comprends pas un traître mot. Un mot revient "deposit", je comprends qu'il faut payer une caution...elle m'envoie un lien, je ne suis pas rassurée car j'ai peur d'une arnaque...je finis par payer 500 dollars de caution...ils m'envoient un enregistrement à faire en ligne avec plein d'infos personnelles... finalement le fameux sésame arrive, je peux monter dans la chambre...il faut aller garer la voiture mais une seule place dispo alors que nous avons 2 voitures. Nous sommes 7...une heure de perdue pour régler ça alors que nous sommes en vacances'..ça a été le moment le plus stressant de mon voyage ..l'humain, le contact se perd ..
