I loved this place. It’s in a very nice area (Polanco). There’s lots of great dinning/brunch places that are 6-13 mins walking distance, which I greatly enjoyed since the area is super nice! As for the room, it was very modern and aesthetic. When I come back to CDMX, I would stay here again.

The hotel rooms are clean, and the staff is welcoming. Its central location in Polanco makes it a walkable location for exploring the area. While the beds are on the firmer side, some may find that preferable but for me it was too firm. The water pressure from the main shower head is quite weak and splatters water in different directions, so I had to rely on the handheld option, and it took about 15 minutes for the water to heat up. Overall, though, the hotel offers a great stay with a few minor inconveniences.

This is one weird hotel. Not bad - I gave it four stars! But definitely unusual. The dominant motif is concrete - my friend called it Utopic by Cemex. An industrial look everywhere. Not bad! But not standard hotel decor. The rooms are named after chemical formulas. We stayed in NaCl. Beds were comfortable. Seating was ok. The room was huge (2 queen beds). The bathroom was spacious and had a door to the toilet and 2 sinks. The shower was a puzzle and we had to call the desk to figure out how to work it. There was a kitchenette with a stovetop and refrigerator and microwave. There is a rooftop terrace and a fitness center but zero other amenities. They gladly held our luggage, but that means stucking it behind the desk. No concierge, minimal lobby staff. When we asked for a second key they told us we could get one later. Which was true! Not bad, but kinda weird. Best hotel internet I have ever had. There is literally no sign outside and our driver circled the block three times before calling to find it. Some of the smaller rooms appeared to have no windows. That seems - not great. But did not impact us. A lot of noise from the room upstairs (I guess?) The location is pretty good. Chapultepec Park and its great museums are about 2 blocks away. There are nice cafes and restaurants, as well as convenience stores, within a block or two. For the price and location, a good choice. But an unusual one.

This place was amazing! Very safe and walkable. Air conditioned rooms were a big plus, since a lot of hotels don’t offer that.

Absolutely great besides for the fact that the room was freezing. One small heater could not warm up this industrial size bedroom. Cool and pretty room . Huge but cold . If they change that it would be rated much higher.
