The staff wasn’t overly concerned about our check-in until I asked for help but that wasn’t that unpleasant however, they gave us a dirty room which hadn’t been cleaned by 4pm? Furthermore, when the staff tried to figure out what was happening they didn’t ask me anything and gave me a room that was already occupied and after that first impression I couldn’t help rechecking if they new room was dirty. Other then the rocky unpleasant experience things did get better and the Home 2 experience seems relatively quiet which is great for our autistic son. I’d give this Hotel another chance to improve there customer service and not that it matters but the girls at check out seemed inexperienced in customer support especially person to person
