This hotel is exceptional. The staff are amazing and it is beautifully kept. The only thing I would have liked in the suite booked was a bath instead of a walk in shower, but this wouldn’t affect the 10/10 I would give this hotel. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Loved the breakfast buffet. Easy access for Uber and cabs. No stairs—which is fabulous

Limited secure parking so make sure you get there early! Main highlight is the roof bar - fabulous.

Staff are the best! Helpful, courteous (especially the interns), and always ready to holdndoors and carry luggage. A bit far from riverfront and big shopping mall (uber cost) and not much right around the hotel. I wouldnstay there again.

The hotel is pretty new and there was additional space being added which looked like a conference facility. The rooms were stunning as were the conference facilities and food options. Absolutely recommended.

Room is clean, staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Lots of street parking lots. It is a good choice if you drive. The food in the restaurant does not worth the price.

The hotel is clean and beautiful and staff are wonderful and helpful. I was hoping we would get a room upgrade due to it being a VIP hotel but it didn’t happen- staff said because they’re all fully booked. Overall I would stay here again. The only thing I didn’t like was the strong perfume smell in the hallway and lobby.

The staff was phenomenal accommodating and attentive to our needs. The bar/club accommodation had versatile areas; romantic, family, bar, patio options.

Great hotel, modern and comfortable. Very clean too. The team was excellent.

There is no lack of superlatives for this hotel, starting with the pleasant, professional, capable staff, to its supreme cleanliness and superb design and appointments. Last but not least, the chef is a genius. The best food I had in Portugal.
