The place was so overrated for the price!!! It was so inconvenient coming in coz the booking email didn’t tell us that their is a community gate code, and the property door code they gave us in the email is also wrong. When we called, the Grand Welcome costumer service lady was very rude, and insisted that all codes and details is in the email.(as if we dont know how to read email). She is in a rush to dismiss our call and treated us like such a bothersome to her without even giving us the right codes (she gave us multiple codes, 3x none of them worked right away!) soon as we came, toilets are gross, like it wasn’t scrub from last occupants, broken beds,almost falling alarms and 3 big roaches (i don’t know how much more around),Dishes wasnt washed properly. Place was a decent size for a family of 10. A good distant walk to the beach. And they have a working grill. Thats all good i can say.
