It was an easy walk from the ferry dock. The room was small but had the basics. However, the floor had not been swept well and there were hairs on the bathroom countertop around the sink. Check-out time is 10 am which I think is too early. The desk personnel were very helpful.

Todo el personal con quien tuve la oportunidad de interactuar fue profesional y atento. La habitación carece de un banco o silla donde colocar la valija, la única opción es sobre la cama, de manera que ensucia las sábanas limpias, luego que la valija recorrió los sucios pisos de aeropuertos y cintas transportadoras. En el baño están siguiendo una tendencia muy generalizada de cubrir con mampara solo la mitad de la bañera lo cual hace que se salpique todo el baño, ensucie y sea muy peligroso al quedar el piso mojado. La ubicación y el precio están muy buenos.

Great location gives you access to many of the restaurants and attractions in central BA. The rooms and washrooms are pretty small but since it was only a couple of days stay for us, we could make it work. Breakfast is next door in the bar which is satisfactory.

Excellent room provided. Great assistance from staff members. Quiet and comfortable. Close to many attractions as well as downtown shopping district.

La habitación estaba bien. El hotel tiene muchos restaurantes y bares alrededor. Que fue uno de los problemas, ya que no pudimos dormir hasta que acabó el ruido en el bar de abajo, a la 1:00 am

Very basic accommodation but the staff is very nice

Hard to sleep becauae it was a lot of noise from the reception, you can heard all conversations from first floor. Beside that everything was ok until they provide me a voucher for the breakfast that never happened, I travel for years and never in my life received a vaucher of a restaurant 2 blocks away from any hotel. The indications for me was a lie, I never found the supposed restaurant, I walk like 30 minuts around without map, juat a number that doesn't exist. When I came back to the hotel the person in the reception never regret or apology... he just said... "ah ok!" Be aware! If you pay for breakfast in this hotel. I leaved the hotel with a sensation that they playing with me with the breakfast thing.

Habitación limpia y personal amable. El desayuno podría mejorar, pedí la opción de bowl, y fue un poco yogurt y granola al lado en un plato plano. Por el resto muy bien.

Gostamos bastante do hotel, fica bem localizado, fácil acesso ao transporte público, Uber e também locomover a pé. Próximo a restaurantes, farmácias, conveniências e também a galeria Pacífico e rua florida. Atendentes extremamente educados. Café da manhã simples, mas satisfatório.
