The check in time was announced as 2pm on 24/12 and check out as 12pm on 25/12 but it was announced from 7am to 1pm on 24/12. When we arrived at 0am, we had to rebook again to sleep for 5 hours. The information was unclear and we had to pay an additional 179 euros. A very bad experience for the first time we encountered after checking our booking many times and feeling cheated

The south sleep lounge is quite far from where I was arrived, in the north its hiding and tbe sign to go there not very clearly, but the receptionist was good and quite helpful with everything. The room is so tiny and I didn't feel comfortable at all.
