Was a great stay

Great place and location. Not having personnel on site can be tricky, but we managed.

Good service clean

We ended a 3 week European trip through 3 countries and 8 places, and at this superb place in Porto was in our top 2 only equaled by a highly starred hotel spa in Tuscany. We would certainly stay at these tastefully done and attentively staffed apartments again when in Porto. Highly recommended to all travelers.

Amazing hotel in the heart of the city , the architecture is fabulous

Convenient location, long history building, well design taste but less chairs and tables, staff work online only, complicated online check-in process, clean every 3 days

Disnt like no front desk - 2 nd day our code did not work and it was good there was some guy to help us . Also no blankets - just in case we neede and no iron in the facilities Rest all good

The apartment was lovely. We had room 14 and with windows closed it was perfectly quiet despite a busy night scene. Lots of restaurants in easy walking distance. Great location for sight-seeing. Breakfast is vegan which we did not realize ahead of time. The pancakes were yummy but limited options. Staff very nice.

The property and rooms are beautiful, location is perfect and we would absolutely return. However, the communication isn't great. We had to chase an email prior to arriving and we arrived early for our check in and couldn't get into our room, understandable. However, we had booked the apartment with a steam room but this was changed and we didn't find out until we returned that evening when reception isn't available. We were only there for 1 night and haven't yet been able to get an answer as to why this happened and why it wasn't communicated to us. If have to get to the airport for a morning flight, breakfast doesn't start until 7:30 a.m.

Our suite was unique and had all the amenities we expected- kitchenette was a good size. TV was not great but our fault for not asking to have it fixed- too much else to do! reception staff very helpful ( only there 8-4). we did not take the breakfast option but continental/vegan was available.

Beautiful place with excellent staff. One suggestion: like so many European hotels, good lighting for makeup is lacking. Better than some, but not great.

The staff was welcoming, and check-in was smooth and efficient. The property is well-maintained, clean, and very comfortable, with a fantastic location that offers convenient access to many nearby attractions. Overall, I highly recommend staying here!

This was a great property in a good location. Our apartment was large and comfortable. Great bed, kitchen and bathroom. The TV has Netflix which is a good way to relax after a busy day of exploring. Rooms are only cleaned every 3 days. It would be better if towels and bins were changed every 2 days. The breakfast was vegan, which was not advertised when booking. There were no signs on any of the food to know what we were eating. There was tofu instead of eggs, for example. For people with intolerances or allergies, signs are needed clearly indicating what the food items at breakfast are. Breakfast was fine. For hot food, they can make toast with avocado, mushrooms and tofu or pancakes. These were good dishes. Staff were pleasant and neighbourhood was very quiet. Great for a good night’s sleep. We would recommend and would stay again.

Wonderful 3 night stay. Room was beautiful with a bottle of wine, water and snacks waiting upon our arrival. Perfect location for visiting the city. Would definitely recommend this hotel .
