Convenient and walkable to downtown St Pete amenities, reasonably priced, friendly & personable staff.

Very well maintained place and well decorated

We loved this hotel! The room we stayed in was so cozy. It was like staying in someone’s home. The sheets were soft and we had more than enough towels and toiletries. The person who checked us in and tended to the hotel was super helpful and sweet. Location is amazing. We will definitely stay again.

Unique place. Very comfortable. Quiet and quaint.

I had a great stay and the property was easy to communicate with. The staff on site was very helpful. The beds were really comfortable and I thought the room was very nice. I would stay here again! It’s also an easy walk to the water and restaurants.

Lovely place, within walking distance of downtown St. Pete. Quiet, relaxing, and clean. Super attentive staff and owner despite the property being mostly unmanned. Immediately eased any concerns I may have had going in. Would absolutely recommend!

Excellent stay! The Prestige Collection boutique hotel in downtown St. Petersburg was a truly memorable experience. From the moment I parked and walked in, I was captivated by the charming and unique design. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Loved the place! Cool interior and exterior designs with B&W colors. Staff was very nice too.

Discovered this place on Expedia as I did not it existed. Loved the property and our room. Convenient to all the restaurants, etc. Will definitely stay here again.

Unique property and a clean, cozy room. Nice coffee and snack bar in the lobby area. Everything about it is vintage, in a good way. Great location. My only issue was that the portable A/C unit in the room was very loud.

Great place to stay

Property is a cute little boutique hotel very close to St. Pete pier and lots of restaurants and shopping. Each room is unique and there is also a nice pool in the back. We happened to be greeted by the owner who took excellent care of us.

My boyfriend and I had an amazing stay here. We had the pleasure of getting to meet the owner who so kindly helped us through the check in process and showed us around the property. The place was lovely and exactly what we needed for a weekend in st.pete. It was walking distance to everything and we would happily stay here again and definitely recommend.

Rooms not serviced regularly, no towels in room, carpets are dirty, tv did not consistently work Otherwise cute, quiet, has potential, nice pool. Needs a little upgrading.
