The property is in the middle of a neighborhood but the people that live there keep to themselves. One thing to be aware of is that there is some dog waste on the sidewalks because some owners don’t clean up after their pets. The apartment is spacious, and the air conditioning worked well, which made the stay much more comfortable. The photos make the rooms look a little nicer than they are in person, but they are still fine. The rooms and beds were comfortable so no complaints there. Any time we had an issue, the staff was very responsive and provided quick solutions. There were a few things beyond our control and theirs, such as a water shortage in the area, but they handled everything as well as they could. I generally prefer staying in hotels, but this was still a pleasant experience. It would not be my first choice, but I would consider staying here again.

The property was great the only concern I had was the first bedroom closet to the front had sand in the bed the day of arrival but other than that the experience was great and I plan to book again despite the one issue

One of my new favorite properties in PR! This entire chain of properties in fact, they provide such an immersive experience, had a wonderful time here. The communication with the host/reception was also outstanding, rapid response, above and beyond accommodation when it came to storing out bags before and after out time there. I will absolutely be recommending Dremaers to all my loved ones

Beautiful place in a wonderful neighborhood. Close to lots of restaurants, bars and other day/nightlife. Only a 15 minute drive to Old San Juan

Definitely was as described, only issue was the water. But management was quick to follow up and check in on us.

It was amazing and clean. The outdoor shower and patio was the perfect touch. We’ll definitely stay again.

Absolutely excellent place to stay. Everything was top notch. The rooms were beautiful and the outside plants, decor created a very relaxing environment! We will definitely stay again when we are back in PR

This apartment was perfect in every way! It was decorated beautifully, the yard was gorgeous with fruit trees everywhere! It was comfortable and very clean for our party of three. Minutes from the beach, the popular strip to go out, and about 15 minutes from old San Juan. We were provided with beach towels which was helpful! Overall, this place is beautiful and has everything you need!

Clean and beautiful neighborhood

I had a wonderful stay. The apartment is exactly what I expected and the pictures were completely accurate to feel/aesthetic of the place. It was clean, easy to access, and communication with the host was great. I 10/10 would recommend and would definitely stay with DW again

Apartment was very clean and authentic to the area. Me and my husband loved it. The backyard tub was perfect after a day at the beach to come and relax and hang out. Close to the beach and food. The apartment has everything you need. Loved it.

The property looks exactly the pictures! It's beautiful, clean and quiet. The rooms are air conditioned so I was able to stay cool and comfortable on those humid days! I will definitely book again in the near future.
