Comfortable stay and warm staff

We had a great stay at O Condominium. The location was perfect, the condo was exactly as described, the staff went out of their way to be accommodating and we felt relaxed and safe the entire time. The beach chairs were such a happy surprise. If the listing mentioned them, I apparently had forgotten. We used them every day! We loved the pool and the gym, too! If there’s anything that could possibly be improved, I would say offer kitchen basics such as salt and pepper. Otherwise, no hesitation recommending and I would certainly come back to stay again!

Overall, we had a good stay and this was actually our second time staying at this condominium property, although it was our first time in this particular unit. The staff at the front desk were always friendly and helpful, the pool area was never crowded, and the location with easy access to Eagle Beach is fantastic. That said, I don’t think I would choose this specific unit again. The biggest issue was the hot water in the primary shower. I understand that being on an island can sometimes present challenges, and maintenance did come out multiple times to address it, but the shower would only have warm water for a day or so before returning to cold. The unit also had a noticeable mold/mildew smell throughout our stay. There was a dehumidifier running 24/7, an air purifier, and multiple plug-in air fresheners, which made it seem like this may be an ongoing issue. We also encountered a few housekeeping issues. Some of the bedding had stains, and it took several days and multiple communications to receive the correct replacement bedding. Additionally, the daybed and pull-out bed were not fully prepared with bedding and pillowcases upon arrival, which resulted in some members of our group going without proper bedding for the first night or two. The unit itself was generally clean, with surface areas well maintained, though there was noticeable dust around the dryer and ceiling areas. The property was great over all, the only thing was that the bed bad sand that obvious on the cleaning company

We loved everything about this property, we have stayed at many different condos and this is probably the nicest we have been to.

This was the best property we have stayed in Aruba, by far. We are definitely going back.

Everything was great really nice place really close to the beach and amenities of great. The gym is really nice. The pool is a really good size in the reply of the customer service is great too.

They have travel with the condominium location whenever we used a taxi. Walking distance by the beach.

This was our second time at the O Condominium and it did not disappoint! The check in is effortless, communication always fast, staff is super friendly, the apartment is clean and the balcony facing Eagle beach is priceless. The beach is across the street with easy access. Really nice pool as well, for the kiddos. Really lovely stay.

Great location! This was a well-stocked almost brand new condo. We did rent a car the entire stay, which was helpful for grocery store runs, dinner reservations, etc. The only negative during our trip, which has nothing to do with the condo, was bus loads of cruise passengers showing up on the beach for the day directly across from the condo, making an otherwise chill beach extremely busy. If you can find a cruise schedule online, I would go out before 8 am to reserve space on any days that cruisers show up, or plan alternate activities that day.

The O Condominium is located across from Eagle Beach and close to several other resorts that have restaurants, casinos and beach access. Room 35 was great. The layout was perfect for our family of five. Appliances worked well. Bathrooms and appliances were in good condition. We had floor-level access to the hot tub(s).

Clean, Spacious, Great Location with several amenities. This property deserves 10 out of 10.

This property was wonderful for a family, across the street from the beach and walking path, in a quieter part of town, which we like. All the amenities of home.

The unit was beautiful and clean. Excellent location across from the beautiful Eagle Beach. Highly recommend.

The condominium is decent but not luxurious as stated in the listing. Pros it’s beds that are very comfortable and sheets were nice, place is spacious. 3 bedroom apartment had 4 towels left in 2 bathrooms for 5 people, clearly not enough and some xtra would be nice. The furniture is starting to wear off, some things should be replaced. Pool is right by the street so not relaxing as car noise there all the time. The lobby is not utilized at all, just serving water and nothing else there. The front desk girl was very friendly and helpful! Felt safe, but will not stay there again for the price I would rather get 2 hotel rooms in Marriott or st Regis. This was my 7th trip to Aruba. Stayed at Marriott, Hyatt, riu adults only, holiday inn, divi before.

My stay couldn’t have been better. Customer service was excellent, the condo was beautiful, spotless, and comfortable. Proximity to the beach was fantastic. I look forward to staying again in the future.

Very spacious and clean condo. Conveniently located to the beach. Front desk staff were very friendly and courteous and responded promptly to any issues brought to their attention.
