Beautiful room! I loved the access to the public baths. It was nice to have access to shampoo and body wash. It would have been nice to have body lotion. The beds were hard. The lighting in the bathroom was challenging to see one’s reflection as the light comes straight down from overhead. Smart TV was awesome!

The hotel cleaning conditions not good ! My blanket was dirty with 2 red marks when check in. Rubbish didn’t collect from the room on one day ! Washroom was not clean enough especially they didn’t clean the cup for brush teeth everyday.

A lovely hotel in a pretty great spot for walking through the great city of Fukuoka. You can easily follow the canal down to the Canal City shopping center or head in the opposite direction for more shopping. Convenient to subway to get to other parts of Fukuoka (such as to Maizuru and Ohori parks), as well as to eating and convenience stores. Even the central post office is just a couple of blocks away. The rooms are excellent, with huge windows and lovely views, and do well to enhance the feeling of spaciousness in an efficient area. As a family of 3 with large luggage, we felt very comfortable during our stay. The TV allows you to easily log into streaming services such as Netflix and YouTube. There is a very nice Bluetooth JBL speaker in the room, as well, but with one in every room and no clear label, it was impossible to identify which to connect to. The onsen is small but well kept and more than adequate. The 2 bars and outdoor terrace/patio are relaxing and never overcrowded. The one minor complaint is that guests can be heard at night in the hallways, especially younger children or adults speaking loudly. It would be nice if the soundproofing was a tad better. But it wasn't terribly bothersome. The only minor complaint

We had a very pleasant stay. The room was very clean and the shower was amazing. The beds were firm but soft. All around great experience. Would definitely stay again.

Cosy and comfortable interior design. Large TV and very good Toto washlet.

We stayed 4 nights, my son stained the sheet with some strawberry and we placed a card on bed to request chnge the sheet, however, we found they did not change as we saw on day 3, they just turn it to the other side.

It may be good if have some welcome drink to guest in lobby.

Wonderful stay. One of the most comfortable beds we’ve slept on while traveling.

I honestly loved everything about my stay at this hotel. The hotel staff were the best -- unbeatable service and kind attention from the beginning of my stay. The room was immaculate, cozy, and comfortable. I would be delighted to stay again when I hopefully return soon.

The hotel was amazing except that the beds were near the window so it was a bit cold at night.

Dim lighting in hotel room. Corner room is different from the pictures shown (not with the big windows shown). Public bath is small and crowded. Room is large in size and clean.

Spa vibes. Cozy. Abundant amenities. Great brekkie included. Will stay again.
