15 Devenant Street Whitechapel is the address we were sent to by StayInn Apartments as opposed to the address of Farringdon Apartments which we booked for 5 nights through Expedia. We were disappointed in the lack of response from StayInn when we contacted them during business hours on the first day after arrival by email and phone call.
The apartment provided was small and insecure in that a ground floor balcony door could not be locked to prevent outside entry. We persevered with this accommodation despite many attempts to contact StayInn Apartments and consider their lack of customer service and breach of arrangements we had made to be atrocious and believe that we deserve compensation for this situation arising after making this and many other bookings through Expedia in good faith.

The substitute property was Ok 6/10 at best . The real is the late cancellation of my original booking, 3 hours before check-in, with no apology or concern for their customer.
