I did not get my breakfast even it was included in my booking. The room and balcony were not clean.

False information about the hotel star. Very bad service. No cleaning.. very noisy..

You cannot rest in this hotel. The daily loud music from the bar will stay until 4 am in the morning. Then early am drunk people are loud in the hotel. The hotel condition is very old and too many things are broken. Receptionists are nice and breakfast is decent enough. Overall i won't recommend this hotel.

very bad experience, not clean, staff not friendly, not supportive, we had to cut our stay and move to another hotel. they didnt reimburse.

Reception area hot lighting poor no phones in the room and bad room service no soap in toilet, shower bracket broken so you have to hold the shower hose with your hand , breakfast was very poor not even any type of cheese in it only one scrambled egg one butter and small yoghurt The stuff where very kind and welcoming specially the breakfast person I will not stay again there

TV doesn't work…. There is no soap in the bathroom I don't recommend it. Not worth trying

You will never find hotel staff more friendly and caring and helpful where they can than the team here. I had a terrible vacation in the country, however, the kindness of the staff here was amazing. Amine, was so helpful and make me feel so comfortable and was extremely professional and a very helpful resource for my many questions, made great recommendations and made it a pleasant experience. He was very knowledgeable and was great with coordinating staff there.

Reasonably priced centrally located hotel. Nice breakfast brought to room at 8.30. Will definitely stay again if price is right.

They have construction there and they move me to other hotel near it , today morning no electricity there idk what's the problems but the hotel not bad clean and beautiful view

I think this hotel was under refurbishment when we stayed there. Our room had tape on the door handles and it wouldn't close properly either.

By no means remarkable but I would definitely recommend this hotel for it's location close to the Medina and the highly considerate young lady at reception who's helpful suggestions and sunny disposition made for a memorable stay.

Like security proximity to the beach and the medina. Dislike basic cleaness is non existent and noìse coming from overnight discos ground and first flloor...

Nice place to stay

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice view of the beach and great location. Breakfast was good. The upper restaurant had good seafood and a nice view. The bathroom was not as clean as it could have been, but overall it was a good place to stay at a great price.

Personnel très sympa. Grande chambre avec vue sur la mer. Salle de bain très désuète tapis de bain noir en dessous. Le miroir très usés en plus il n'était pas propre et la toilette n'était pas propre et que dire du rideau de douche sale et trop court. Mauvaise éclairage dans la salle de bain. Les carpettes sont très sales. Tres beau boulevard sur le bord demer. Beaucoup de resto. Près de la médina et la gare de train.
