Nice hotel, close to town with lots of parking. Staff are friendly and helpful. Would stay again. The only negative would be the shower head way to small to have a shower under.

Easy walking into town And quiet Comfy

Amazing clean quite hotel breakfast has so much to choose from few mins walk into the little town highly recommended

Room was good but 1st room had broken toilet and would not flush, we got moved rooms without too much of a problem, staff were helpful and polite, would stay again next time I'm in Tiverton, breakfast was good and tasty! Amazing crossiants

It was sweet, clean and professional very thankful for the time spent here.

What really made our stay was the service. As we were attending a funeral wake a huge amount of time was spent in the bar area, the staff were amazing and thank you especially to Carol who went that ‘extra mile’ searching for orange slices & special glasses for our daughter!

Everything is fine

Large room, plenty of sockets, power shower and lovely bar area, even with a real ale on ! Staff very smart, attentive and friendly

You get what you pay for

Comfortable room, good bar and clean facilities. Single glazed windows!

The hotel seemed a tad dated. The room we stayed in was noisy due to a noisy air conditioner or loud heating system. The window didn't shut properly either. Was suitable for an overnight stay whilst travelling.

Room was a little tired...but a very good size and comfortable with a nice view over the playing field.

Reception was fantastic very friendly on arrival the room is dated but has everything we need.

Very convenient Quiet and plenty of parking. Extra heater the last time we went as we asked it was bit chilly. This time heater was in the room. Comfy bed.

Exactly what I needed, would stay again

The property was lovely. A bit dated but rooms were spacious

First impressions were very good. I was very pleased with the room which was large with two beds (1x double, 1x single), large TV and table and 2x chairs. I would have appreciated a lift.

Very friendly cheerful staff. Nice and quiet. Clean. Pleasant food and drink. I enjoy my stays. Only snags are that the tv remote I find complicated and unreliable and I find it difficult to read in the dim lighting.

Housekeeping is a bit hit and miss bed not made properly cutting corners apart from that all ok
