Really nice and comfortable bed, good size of room, wide range of selection of breakfast. Location is acceptable, about 25min walk to city center.

I loved this hotel. The check in was quick and the welcome drink was so nice!! The room is quiet and had amazing amenities. I was super happy with the comfortable bed and AC. The shower and bathroom were stocked with everything I needed and great towels. The staff here are really friendly and lovely. And bonus was being picked up from the airport so n a cool Tesla. Thanks for an amazing stay!!!

Great spot metro is within walking distance. Not to far from Douro River about 30 minute walk.

What a wonderful place. Was supposed to stay one day, and ended up staying three because it was so wonderful! I highly recommend!

Good hotel with personal shuttle service to and from the airport. Friendly professional staff. Room was very clean and comfortable with a king size bed, very quiet. Location is close enough that one can walk to downtown restaurants, shops and attractions. Shuttle is also available to downtown areas although we decided to walk everywhere as part of our exercise. Porto is hilly so be prepared with comfortable shoes to walk on cobble stone alleyways and streets! We didn’t try the food at the hotel and went to local restaurants instead although the menu at the hotel seemed quite good with some traditional Portuguese dishes.

The staff was wonderful. They called and texted several times since we hadn't gotten to our hotel airport shuttle. They wanted to make sure we were o.k., and they communicated very well about waiting for us and where to meet the driver. They upgraded our room because they knew we'd traveled overnight from San Francisco. We did not eat the breakfast, but they were happy to make recommendations. It was easy to use their shuttle service to get to and from the airport, and the car and van they used were clean and excellent quality. I would stay there again.

Such an amazing stay, I have nothing negative to say! The staff was so helpful and kind, space was clean, the breakfast had a multitude of options, and the restaurant had delicious food! If we couldve stayed longer, we would have. Such a great hotel!

Nice clean hotel. Sad about the neighborhood it's located in where the streets are littered and a urine-like stench permeates the air.
