The property itself was very good (food, staff, rooms, etc), however the location did not match what was given by Expedia. The hotel was described as being a 15 minute walk from the Falls. However, it is a full five kilometers along a road that is not safe for pedestrians. Furthermore, the map provided by Expedia for the listing suggested it was on the outskirts of town and near bars and restaurants. That was clearly not the case.

Beautiful hotel, stylish rooms, but the shower is open so best for couples as opposed to friends or siblings. Nice swimming pool and sun lounges very peaceful with a good shuttle regularly going into town.

The property is close to the Zambezi River but not on its shores. It is beautiful and quiet. There is a complimentary shuttle to Victoria Falls National Park.

Loved our stay. The staff was very friendly and the accommodations were very nice and comfortable.

The staff was very nice, the rooms were gorgeous, food was great. It was very helpful that they would pack a breakfast to go when we left early for a tour.

I was double charged for my stay and had to have an extensive discussion as to their accounting error. When they finally admitted they were wrong they just said that’s the way it goes in Africa. The staff service was horrible at the front desk and restaurant and all the above ruined our stay

Beautiful property, with spacious clean rooms equppied with rain shower and mini fridge kept well stocked with water. Large pool, outdoor dining 3 meals/day. Shuttle to falls and shopping center was very convenient, and airport pickup for $15 pp helpful. Food was very good though they were often out of stock (bananas, avocado, sparkling water, sparkling wine). Multiple power outages meant wifi was often out. Would like a water dispenser at the pool.

We had a quick two day stay so we could enjoy Victoria Falls. The staff were wonderful, location was great, the property was very peaceful. We truly enjoyed our experience. The only tiny recommendation we would have is for the wonderful dinner experience, possibly add a few more choices for those that are lactose intolerant. The ambience at dinner was beautiful. We truly enjoyed our short stay.

What a gorgeous property. Our room was great. We were sad we only booked 2 nights. The food was delicious and the menu changed nightly. Our maid Suko (??) was very sweet. I hope she got the package we left for her.

Brilliant service. Great rooms. Fantastic food. Highly recommend staying here if you are in Vic Falls. The front desk will sort everything out for you.

There is nothing not to like at this property . Superb food and outstanding service . Rooms modern and clean and location ideal for the falls .

Great place to stay. Stay incredibly friendly. Appreciated the free shuttle to/from shopping and Victoria Falls. Great location- not too far from airport and short 5 minute drive into downtown. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, attentive staff, beautiful property!

The property is gorgeous. I enjoyed my stay - the pool was great and the room comfortable. Staff was very accomodating. Especially appreciated that they offered a free shuttle into town. I wish I knew in advance that they offer a complimentary sunset cruise as I wouldve left time in my schedule for it.

A new-ish hotel just outside town that exceeded expectations. The staff are super friendly and eager to help. The rooms are large, very comfortable and well equipped. The restaurant and bar have smaller menus (could be since it was not busy while we were visiting) but everything was well prepared, looked good and was delicious. We had a great 3-night stay and highly recommend.
