This property is a gorgeous hotel, lovely pool area and clean. The hotel just lacks adequate maintenance. The staff were gracious and helpful. I didn't have power in my room for 7hrs, because the backup generator was faulty and was never compensated for sitting in my own sweat for hours. Furthermore the shower pressure was very low and there were no choice of breakfast; you just have to eat what they served. I'm really disappointed with ownership of this hotel, because they are letting it rot away.

Wonderful staff and captivating reception. However, I booked a superior deluxe and found no towel and a few other things in the room. The receptionist did not offer me a wifi and I also forgot until I ran out of data speaking to my kids at about 1am. I wanted to call the reception but no call guide and I was at the last floor. I couldn’t go down to the reception at that time. It wasn’t a good experience as even the TV remote control didn’t work. I also found a struggling cockroach in front of my room. It looks like it was dying from formugation.….very irritating. I will also not forget in a hurry how I lost my infinity smart survival torchlight I bought for $110. As I was stepping out of keke I saw it but miraculously between the gate and my room, the torch disappeared. I do not believe the staff stole it but most likely dropped and someone couldn’t return it. The hotel is very clean though.

This property was very difficult to find. Using the listed address of the hotel, my taxi driver and I drove around for a while trying to find it. I called the phone number that was listed for the hotel several times and received no response. We couldn't find the hotel so I never stayed there. My driver asked neighbors who said they had never seen or heard of the hotel. So finally I gave up and found a different but decent hotel. I would suggest that the hotel publish a direction to their property, and also have multiple phone numbers or Whatsapp contacts that customers could reach someone - that would respond. I hope Expedia will refund me for that hotel reservation that I never stayed in.
